My expertise focuses on building governance-driven execution systems, aligning organizational strategy with technology platforms and operational capabilities, and translating corporate vision into executable programs, measurable outcomes, and sustainable enterprise impact. I work with executives and organizations to strengthen program and portfolio governance, improve demand and prioritization processes, enhance delivery performance, and create stronger alignment between business and technology.
